BioFill

BIO-FILL Hydro is an environmentally friendly, highly elastic polyurethane elastomer made from renewable raw materials. The ecological tyre fill multiplies tyre life by completely prventing the tyre from air loss and saves precious natural resources at the same time.

The polyurethane consists of two liquid components that, upon mixing, are pumped into the tyre through the valve. After 24 hours at ambient temperature it cures to a homogeneous, flexible elastomer core.

- Specific weight 0,97 kg/L - almost 10% less than conventional toxic tyre fill

- Highly elastic at 12-15 Shore A

- Excellent driving comfort and traction through larger tyre footprint

- Used between -40 C and +125 C

- For sustained speed up to 56 km/h

- For peak speeds up to 88 km/h up to 4 hours
